Further Information

Designed for home use, it's ideal for tasks like firewood cutting, pruning, woodworking, and felling small trees up to 25 cm in diameter.

Equipped with a high-performance brushless motor, the MSA 80 delivers cutting power on par with the MSA 160 from the AP System and the MS 162 petrol chainsaw. It provides 30% more power than the MSA 70, while weighing just 200 grams more.

User comfort is enhanced by an improved Ergo lever on the rear handle, offering better handling across various cutting angles. The responsive trigger system allows for precise control of chain speed, making it suitable for delicate work around plants or detailed wood projects. Additional features include a transparent chain oil tank for easy level checks, and a quick chain tensioning system that allows tool-free adjustments by removing the sprocket cover.

The MSA 80 is designed for use with the AK 30 S battery. With the recommended battery, it offers a working time of up to 35 minutes.
