  • Click & Collect

    When Will my order be ready for collection?

    After placing your order online, you will receive a confirmation email. Depending on the size and items purchased, your order may take longer to prepare than others. Please contact the branch before arriving so that they can advise you on the most suitable pickup time.

    What do I need to collect my order?

    Upon arriving to collect your order, please proceed directly to the trade counter inside the branch. All you need is your order number. The staff will then assist you with your order. 

    How long will you hold my order?

    After 48 hours, the branch will contact you to confirm collection. If your goods are not collected within 5 working days, we will cancel your order. 

  • Deliveries

    How long will my order take to be delivered?

    We aim to deliver all orders processed online within 2 - 5 working days, sometimes, if ordered early enough, we may be able to deliver the following day. Please note, this is a kerbside delivery. 

    How much do you charge for delivery?

    Our delivery charge starts at £21+vat for most orders placed online. 

    Where will my delivery be dropped?

    All deliveries made by a Lawsons heavy goods vehicle will be delivered kerbside. We adhere to strict safety standards, and if the delivery location is deemed unsafe, this may limit our ability to complete the delivery. If the delivery address could be an issue, you have the ability to leave comments on all orders placed online which will be relayed to our specialised transport managers. 

  • Returns

    Can I return an item?

    We hope you'll be pleased with your purchase. If you should change your mind and wish to return anything purchased from us, we’ll be happy to refund or exchange the goods within 30 days of delivery or collection, provided the return is made in accordance with our terms and conditions.

    How do I organise a return?

    If you need to return an item, please contact your local branch or Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

    Do you offer refunds on all items?

    We do not permit refunds on all items. Please refere to our returns policy for more information.
