The Birchcroft Playhouse 1.5 x 1.5 x 1.6m is an attractive building which can easily be painted to replicate a beach hut, it has full tongue and grooved timber floors and roofs, thick 12mm cladding, and are constructed using solid 34 x 34mm timber framing to ensure a long life. The single door is 600 x 1150mm and the unit has an eaves height of 1.2m. It is factory treated and stained with a water based red cedar colour treatment, and supplied with heavy 20kg roofing felt, glass, trims and all fixings required to install the building.
