The Welland is an apex styled dog kennel with an integral run. The whole building measures 3.0m long by 1.80m wide by 2.10m high and comes as a flat pack which is easily assembled. It has an enclosed kennel area with a floor measuring 1.8m x 1.2m and is accessed by a stable door with hinged pop hole. The run area measures 1.8m x 1.8m and is supplied without a floor for hygiene purposes, featuring a galvanised mesh front and mesh door providing ventilation. It comes complete with all the fixings you will need together with the felt for the roof.

Additional Product Information

The timber is stained with a base coat of red cedar timber treatment, which can result in slight colour variation and drying marks. This is a natural effect of treated wood and does not affect the performance of the treatment or of the shed itself.
As with any wooden sheds, some annual maintenance is required. Sheds should be retreated within the first six to twelve months using an external wood preserver.
