WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY IN THIS ROLE LOOK LIKE?

No two days will be similar! We strive to make work as diverse & interesting as possible. However, we also like a methodical, accountable & purpose-driven structure approach to work. A typical day for you is likely to involve:

  • Managing and developing existing and new customer relationships, increasing branch sales and margins and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Cultivating and maintaining exceptional standards of Customer Service and ensuring Lawsons Best Practices, Standards and Company Policies are met.
  • Identifying and capturing new sales opportunities
  • Responding positively and effectively to customers needs
  • Agreeing the best possible margin when negotiating with your customers, in line with branch budgets and KPI’s
  • Positively acting as the link between your branch and your customers
  • Dealing with customer complaints effectively, pleasantly and in a timely manner
    Confidently cold calling


WHAT CAN YOU BRING TO THE TABLE?

  • Full Driving Licence
  • Previous Sales Experience
  • Previous Industry knowledge
  • Good Product knowledge
  • Good IT skills
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • We can only accept applicants aged 21 years and over.
