Febproof Plus 5L significantly enhances mortar and non-structural concrete by reducing water absorption and improving workability. Its air-entraining plasticizer allows for a lower water-to-cement ratio, minimizing cracking, and improving frost resistance. Ideal for external rendering (including pebbledash, roughcast, and stucco), pointing mortars, and reconstructed stone, it also reduces efflorescence and contains hydrophobic material, to aid the resistance to moisture penetration. This makes this product greatly improve weathering properties.
