Lawsons are delighted to announce that at the Recent:-

“Builders Merchants Awards for Excellence for 2009”  

Lawsons were awarded the coveted “Independent Builders Merchant of the Year” prize.

 

The “Awards for Excellence” are nationally recognised industry awards which attract submissions and nominations from timber, builders and plumbers merchants from all over the country. This year there were a total of over 450 entries for the various awards.

There is an Independent panel of judges made up of the great and the good from around the industry who decide upon the finalists and winners in each category.

As well as winning the best “Independent Builders Merchant of the Year” Prize, Lawsons were finalists in three other categories:-

 

Best Environmental Initiative” – based on our innovative “Eco Centre” at our Camden branch.

 

Best Customer Service Initiative” – based on our unique “Loft Lifter” service to the loft conversion market. 

 

Builders Merchant Branch Manager of the Year” – recognising the fabulous performance of Marc Salmon and the team at Camden branch. 

Being shortlisted as a finalist in these other awards is an achievement in its own right and Lawsons managed to win the “Runners Up” prize In each of these other categories.
